Learning the Salaat is a fundamental part of a Tifl’s religious upbringing. To assist you with the process, we have set up this page to make learning Salaat easy and effective. The Learning sections are organised into 8 different sections starting with Niyyat all the way to Salaam. You should start from the beginning and make your way through all the sections and completing the quizzes.
There is something for everyone here. If you already know the Arabic, try and learn the Translation. If you already know the Translation, try and learn the Split Word Translation. If you want a challenge, be sure to complete the additional tasks on each section of Salaat.
Below you can also find links to other salat related pages, like the salat quiz, salat diary and the salat presentation

The Young Muavineen Championship is a team competition for 12-15 year olds that tests them on skills such as event management and problem solving. It is a great way for you to hone the skills you will need when you are older and part of Khuddamul Ahmadiyya.
Each region is to submit a team of 3 Atfal. We will have 4 parts of the competitions this year:
Atfal Class Setup – A group of Atfal will be given a table, table cloth, chairs etc, and they will be asked to organise an Atfal class for their local qiadat. The Atfal will need to think about what exactly happens in a traditional Atfal class, and points will be given for their creativity.
Security/Amoomi Arrangements. Atfal will be given a few scenarios and their response will be recorded by National Amoomi team. Atfal will be assessed on planning, resource distribution and problem solving etc.
The Pledge – We will also be quizzing the Atfal on the words of the Atfal pledge. We will be asking Atfal to fill out words of the pledge, and what they can do to ensure that they act upon the pledge.
Team Quiz – We will also be testing the Atfal’s knowledge of the different departments that work under Khuddamul Ahmadiyya and Atfalul Ahmadiyya.
If you would like to take part in your regional Atfal team, speak to your regional Nazim Atfal! Deadline for submission of teams is 17th September
This is the scheme in which Atfal can take part in Ijtema duties. After signing up for it (on the main registration link for the Ijtema), Atfal will be working alongside various teams taking part in various Ijtema duties.

All Atfal will be allocated a department, based on their requirements where they will be doing Ijtema duty. It could be office, site, hygiene, bazaar, Amoomi, Ziafat and any other department serving at the Ijtema.
I will be taking part in competitions at the Ijtema, will I still be able to do duty?
Yes, you can provide your availability (for at least 2 hours) so that you can be assigned duties when you are not taking part in the competitions. You can look at the Programme on the Atfal Ijtema webpage to see what time competitions are taking place.
How long will this ijtema duty be?
It is expected to be for around 2 hours a day.
How can I register for this?
You can register through ijtema pre-registration form. In this form, you will be asked if you want to signup for this scheme.

The age you were on the 1st of March 2023 determines the age category you will take part in for the National Ijtema.
This year, we are combining the three Hifz competitions on offer (Hifz-e-Quran, Hifz-e-Ahadith and Hifz-e-Qasidah) into one big Hifz competition named Hifz-Triathlon.
For syllabus, rules and regulations, please consult the Talim syllabus files above appropriate to your age group.
It is strongly recommended that you note the syllabus and use an actual Quran for the preparation for the Hifz-e-Quran section as there might be some mistake in the syllabus due to copying error.

This year, we are running a brand new Quiz competition, The Atfal Apex Quiz. The quiz will include, but is not limited to, exciting new puzzles, academic questions on Mathematics and Sciences as well as fun rounds such as “Guess who” and “Guess the flag”. So be sure to get your team together and register for the quiz as soon as possible since there are limited spaces available.
You MUST register for this competition prior to the Ijtema. In order to register, please get a team of 5 Atfal from the same region and same age group together and assign a captain. Then contact your Regional Nazim Atfal. Only they can submit your team. Chase them up to make sure they have submitted your team details.
Please note that this means that each region will be submitting 3 teams at least, one for each age group. This is to ensure that there is an equal level of competition since questions will be different for each age group to give Atfal a better experience.
For syllabus, rules and regulations, please consult the Talim syllabus files above appropriate to your age group.
