Jahanzeb's Mixed Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 200 grams of baked beans
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- ¼ tablespoon salt
- Red kidney beans
- Black eyed beans
- Butter beans
- Sweetcorn
Ingredients
- Black and white chickpeas
- Chopped onions
- Chopped cucumber
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green chilli
- Chopped lettuce
- Fresh green coriander
- Any extra sauce or dressing
Ingredients
- Add 200 grams baked beans to a bowl
- Add 2 tablespoons ketchup; 1 tablespoon of sugar and ¼ tablespoon salt
- Heat for 1 minute and then let it cool
- Add the baked beans into a big bowl and add red kidney beans, black eyed beans, butter beans, sweetcorn, black and white chickpeas
- When all the beans have been added, also add chopped onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, green chilli and fresh green coriander
- Once everything has been added – MIX IT!
- You can add your own sauce or dressings. Enjoy it
