  • 200 grams of baked beans
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • ¼ tablespoon salt
  • Red kidney beans
  • Black eyed beans
  • Butter beans
  • Sweetcorn

  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped cucumber
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped green chilli
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Fresh green coriander
  • Any extra sauce or dressing

Ingredients

  1. Add 200 grams baked beans to a bowl
  2. Add 2 tablespoons ketchup; 1 tablespoon of sugar and ¼ tablespoon salt
  3. Heat for 1 minute and then let it cool
  4. Add the baked beans into a big bowl and add red kidney beans, black eyed beans, butter beans, sweetcorn, black and white chickpeas
  5. When all the beans have been added, also add chopped onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, green chilli and fresh green coriander
  6. Once everything has been added – MIX IT!
  7. You can add your own sauce or dressings. Enjoy it
