Information for Atfal:

During the Local Ijtema, you will be able to take part in a Team Quiz based around Salat.

This will test your basic knowledge of Salat. The syllabus for this test can be found in the syllabus files above.

You can prepare for the test using the Salat Hub Website.

Information for Nazimeen:

We have created a full guide with all the relevant sections and documents that you will need for your Ijtema. If you feel anything is missing or you need extra guidance/assistance please use the “WhatsApp Us Feature” or contact [email protected], Secretary Ijtema Committee.

All Atfal will need to complete their Salat test during the Ijtema. The test will take about 10 minutes.

If you are holding the Academics part of the Ijtema in person, then please print out copies of the Salat test and conduct the test will ALL Atfal at the same time.

The test should be marked and handed back to the Tifl at the end of the Ijtema.

First, Second and Third prizes should be given out for the highest marks scored in each age category.

The test should be conducted verbally for Atfal aged 7-11.

If you are holding your Ijtema online, then please share the online test link with all your Atfal at the same time.

The test, as well as the marking sheets, have been emailed to all local and regional Atfal Nazimeen. If you have not received this email please contact your regional nazim Atfal or email: [email protected].

Young Muavineen Championship is specifically designed for older Atfal who will be going to be Khuddam soon. The aim of this championship is for older Atfal to experience day-to-day Jam’at activities of a Khadim, by completing tasks that khuddam normally do during Jama’at events.

Here you can find poster templates, invitation letters and other documents that you will need before the Ijtema.
